please help with math problem?
hi! does anyone know how to solve this :(? in 1998 an airline offered a special airfare of $201 to fly from Cincinnati to Washington, DC, a distance of 386 miles. Special airfares offered for longer flights increased by about $.138 per mile.write a linear model for special airfares A based on the total number of miles t of the flight.Estimate the airfare offered for a flight from Boston to Sacramento, a distance of 2629 miles.

You have to draw a linear graph with a slope representing the number of dollars per mile. x = miles, y = dollars fare. The starting point is x= 386, y = 201 The end point is x = 2629, y = ? The slope of the line is 0.138 (dollars per mile). The equation of the line is y = 0.138x + c Putting in the starting values gives 201 = 386 (0.138) + c So c = 147.73. Line equation is y = 0.138x + 147.73 Putting in the value x = 2629 gives y = 0.138(2629) + 147.73. or y = 510.53. The fare is therefore $510.53
